Where to get a Homepath mortgage Loan in NJ ?

Deal Score0

How do you know which bank is the best to get your mortgage from? I feel like all the rates are pretty much around the same right now 4.7-5.0% interest rate, so besides the rate what else should determine which bank is best for me?

Theres a list of lenders here for NJ that offer the homepath mortgage. I’m currently thinking between Quicken loans or Wells Fargo. Any suggestions , help, advice would be great.

You are correct in checking out the Homepath website. Wells Fargo is a great route if you purchase a Homepath property that requires repairs (Homepath Renovation Home Loan).
HOwever, if you aren’t in need of renovations, I suggest you stick to a broker or a correspondant lender. I wish you luck, stay away from the larger banks if at all possible.

You can get approved for an online loan on same day.i advise you to pick loan from certified lenders .direct loan is the good choice so that you will get at low apr compared to different states..
