What is wrong with this RESUME? I don’t understand why I’m not getting callbacks!?

I really need help I am not receiving any phone calls or I’m getting the “regretful” emails. I had this resume professionally done. I have been applying to customer service and administrative assistant positions mostly. My question is what do I need to change or is anything wrong at all?

Make sure anything on facebook, myspace is all cleared.
    Also google your name.
The first thing employers do is check you out online.
They also check your criminal background and your credit reports.
You don’t have credit card debt do you?

I noticed you are just out of university. This may be a clue. Your resume is good, but I’d say its all “mind” and no “heart”. It makes you look like an obedient robot ready to follow directions.

Warning, this may be blunt but hopefully it will help:
Things that I would suggest you change:
    – your summary: starting out saying you are a “BBA candidate” screams to me INEXPERIENCED. And you want to focus on your “real experience” not your academic background.
    – List your professional experience as the top. Instead of listing your jobs one my one so it looks like you have limited experience, show off the specials things. Below this section list the specific jobs but not what you did there.

    – what you did that is special #1
    – what you dd that is special #2
    – what you did that is special #3

    Sales Associate/Cashier K-MART (SEASONAL) 11/2010-12/2010
Post-Closing Auditor KELLY SERVICES (TEMP) 04/2009-10/2009
Tax Preparer JACKSON HEWITT TAX SERVICE 01/2004-04/2005

Note: highlight what you actually DID that makes you special. Your 2nd bullet point for all your jobs is written more as a trait instead of an accomplishment.

This professional experence should be a combination of the detailed info in your header section and what you actually did from your job detail info.

    EDUCATION should follow professional experience.

Your resume should be ONLY 1 PAGE. You don’t have the background to have a multi-page resume.
    – If you still have room, add the technical proficiences section but remove – outlook, windows 2000/xp/vista, email/messenger and the other programs that most people can easily grasp.

I’m no expert at this but from what i can see, is that it’s too long, you also need to be direct to the point. The reader would just browse your resume and would not mind too much reading all of it and then would probably just turn to the next one. =)
