What is the easiest and most successful in changing my mortgage, that is, lower interest rate?

Deal Score0

I was on disability for about two months, I contacted my mortgage colleagues (CitiMortgage) and they suspended my payment for 3 months … I am now back at work and working on a loan modification, the rates are so low and the buyer has offered this option. However, it is about 4 months, have been suspended since my payments and still no loan mod. On the positive side, I am almost completely free of debt, but I would like to start making payments again, of course, with a lower rate.

Hey James, if you were reputable you wouldn’t be looking for suckers on the internet and if you were legit you would require credit checks!!!!!

It does not sound like you will qualify for a modification, no matter how much you pay the con men asking for fees.

Ask Citi for a modification package and go from there. But, being debt free is going to disqualify you. You have to be facing foreclosure and have no way out.
