Hello during the two days since we started our calls unwatchable mortgage payment in January. Each month, we send in 15 to advoid penitity. Thus, we can pay between 1-15 pay in addition to service 3dollar to do on the Internet. Every 1st of the month I have my payment within that period. Today, they call every 30 minutes and when I pick up the phone, they tell me access is an important message from a team of retention. The called me at work, I finally have someone on the phone, as someone from India. told them to stop. In speaking with my wife, and they call their non-stop positive work. Is this typical I pay the damn thing in the grace period.

This sounds like a sales offer, right? Then just ignore them.

If the phone call is due to a missed payment, then they legally can’t call you at work. Tell them to stop and they must stop.

Answer the phone but don’t say “Hello.”

    Trust ME, This Works!!!!

go into the bathroom, put the phone on the back of the tiolet and pee and then flush, they’ll hang up and that should buy you a couple of days….

    I’ve done it

It is illegal to call you at work. Request that they do not call you at work in writing. get call blocking at home and block their calls.

dont give them no info. it could be a scam and they will drain all your bank accounts. contact your loan company first and see what they say.

This kind of harassment is definitely not normal. You should contact them them to find out what they actually want. Has your last mortgage payment cleared your account? It is possible that they have lost or misposted your payment.
If they are just trying to sell you something, tell them to take you off their calling list.

Every month we send it in by the 15th to avoid the penitity

Is the problem the DATE you are mailing it to them.

It has to be in their hands on their desk in their building what ever you want to call it.

So they can see the check and payment amount

If you send it in a day or two before the last due date the U.S. Mail if that is what you use takes a couple of days to get from that post office to the post sorting station to the recievting stations sorting station and to the final deliver mail bag

And if a weekend is involved that really screw things up

check your mortgage agreement to make sure of the dates. It sounds like they have farmed it out to India (who hasn’t ). Call the loan company and ask them what’s going on. If it’s a hassle answering the phone all the time for them, then put the loan payments in direct pay from your bank.

are they getting your payment? next time they call ask to speak to the senior manager on site and tell him to place a not call on your account unless you are late. But that will probably not do any good because they will do what they want unless an attorney calls them.
