Real Estate Agent Issues?

Deal Score0

I have an agent that I have been working with for a couple of weeks. She’s very unprofessional and has made comments that I consider unethical and to be a poor reflection of her character. She has never provided listings for me to see but has scheduled showings for a few that I researched through online sites. While at the showings she didn’t do anything but talk on her phone to other clients while I looked around. Prior to meeting her I was pre-approved for a loan. She insisted that I talk to her mortgage broker who was obnoxious and unprofessional. Luckily I didn’t provide him with any personal information. Given her behavior and the behavior of her referral I don’t feel comfortable with her representing me during the buying process.

The problem is I would like to buy one of the properties that she showed me. Would I be wrong to submit an offer through another agent?

No if you don’t like her & feel she isn’t pulling her weight. Just find another agent why give her a commission she hasn’t earned?

As long as you have NOT signed a buyer agency agreement, you are ok.
