Cleared to close mistake

DWQA QuestionsCleared to close mistake
dmicmiomarlachi asked 5 years ago

Hi everyone,

I just recently got my “clear to close” last Friday and will be closing on Wednesday April 1st.  Now with the good news my wife and I got a little excited and made a $ 2000 purchase on some items we will be needing for the home on my cc that I have had for a year.

Will this hurt me before my closing date on Wednesday?  I have now recently tried to cancel the order but currently its in the “processing” stage so the rep had said it may or may not be cancelled right away.

Good news is we have the funds to pay off that purchase right away.  I think it might be alright but some feedback would be great to hear.  As most who have gone through the process, its been the longest most stressful 30-45 days of our lives so we jumped the gun made the purchase.  I realized the mistake while I was at work.

The loan I have is an FHA Loan.  I know they do a re verification of employment and a credit pull but not sure if thats right before or after they give out the “clear to close”.

Mortgage Free for Life. Inspiring women shows how to build a log cabin by hand.

In regards to the mean posts…… most people that are mean are just
jealous and the rest are just angry people.

First of all, It’s so much comfortable to sit in your room behind the
computer screen and judge someone else and their work. It’s simply someone
stating their experience and giving others an idea. If you don’t like it
stop watching and go back to mama’s lap. It’s actually nice to see someone
a little bit older doing this, if you were a strong guy, or a skinny young
lady, the comments would be full of love and stuff. You are an inspiration,
and I feel like I am hearing from a kind lady I met in grocery store or a
farmer market, not annoying at all. Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations on having the strength to complete this huge undertaking. I
loved the step by step commentary and details, down to eating ravioli. I
hope you are enjoying life in that beautiful location. The unbelievably
petty and spiteful nature of the comments here is a sad reflection of
today’s American society, and probably due to commenters jealousy about
what you have achieved. Once again…congratulations!

Great job !! Sorry you have to read some arrogant and ignorant people’s
posts. Insecure men can’t stand to see a real woman be independent. You
clearly stated you had help and not once said you did it ALL on your own.
You said you mixed the cement but not the block work.
Rock on Becky !!
Peace

Good for you Becky. You did a great job. I love the power of women. You
are so sweet to share this with every one. Enjoy your new home.

Eli Water replied 5 years ago

Well, duh, she didn’t build it completely on her own, so she shouldn’t have
claimed that at the beginning. But whatever, obviously her husband and
friends or whoever helped with the actual building. But I have to say, why
do it yourself? If you have the money to buy land and clear it and then buy
a log cabin AND own a bunch of horses, you’re obviously not poor, so you
might as well pay someone to do the whole thing for you. I sure wouldn’t
put it together myself, no matter how much money it saved. And I’m fucking
POOR.

FF-645-110 replied 5 years ago

Holy shit, you’re annoying. I doubt you did much work with how much you
complained in this video, but for probably not having done much yourself,
you sure do use the word “I” a lot.

You’ve done well Becky! I think I’ll finish my decorating now. It’s been in
the pipeline for a year….

I framed houses for 4 years and I applaud you on your efforts, It’s your
home and just disregard the loosers who hate their own lives so much that
they just have to share their misserable thoughts on others. The only thing
I would have liked to have seen is a indoor fireplace. You did a great job
on attention to details and following instructions. Don’t worry about the
walls as that happens to even professionals. I love the horses too.

My respect for this lady for her determination and perseverance. Either she
got help and how much doesn’t matter. She did accomplish what she set out
to do. Well done, Becky.

DumpinMyGun replied 5 years ago

This is great.

Now all you got to worry about is the Chem-trails they spray on you.

Luke Skyrider replied 5 years ago

of course she had help

guy tremblay replied 5 years ago

did you kknow that if the human race decided all to do the same thing and
build log houses and so on has the human race populated the planewt to a
point where the trees wouldn’t be able to keep up with the construction
that the planet would end up free of trees ? Not so echological when you
see it that way does it ?

gloorbit replied 5 years ago

I call BS. Is it “I” or “We”. You, Madam, are “basically on your own”, a
dreamer. You couldn’t even drive the forklift to offload your kit, one of
the easiest parts, so how are we supposed to believe you built this cabin,
“basically on your own”. The title, mortgage free for life, is misleading
because you are rich by world standards. You have land, horses and in some
photos multiple automobiles, and the money to buy the kit of Lincoln Logs.
Sorry.

a awesome women and a big job to do we all need help on big jobs .so i say
good on you and all your mates

Muscle Man replied 5 years ago

So funny how she says she built it all by herself then goes on to explain
how she was helped every step of the way from paying someone else to clear
the land to have a company pre cut and deliver all the parts to build it
and how she had others lay the cement and more, yeah sure all by yourself.
Women just love taking credit for others work, hey she did get the ball
rolling after all.

FORMETOKNOWONLY replied 5 years ago

No way did she do that on her own. You can see in the pictures a large
crew put the thing together.

Joel Bragg replied 5 years ago

OMG I only made it 4 minutes until I felt myself subconsciously looking for
a noose to hang myself. You are so annoying! I just wanted to jag my
eardrums out with a rusty screwdriver. There is absolutely NO WAY ON God’s
green Earth that an old out of shape broad like you did this. Take this
down.

Walter Vega replied 5 years ago

Awesome videos Becky!
How many square footage is the cabin? Looks amazing! Purchased an acre of
land to put up a small cabin. What cabin kits do you recommend? Great job
on the building, you inspired me to do the same.

Thank you,

Walter.

HOW SHE DID IT, IF WITH THE HELP OF OTHERS OR NOT IS NOT IMPORTANT AT
ALL……WHAT IS AMAIZING IS THAT SHE DID WHAT SHE WANTED TO DO….MAKING
HERSELF FREE FORM THIS MODERN SLAVARY MECHANICAL CITY LIFE STYLE THAT IS
COMPLEATY CONTROLLED BY GOVERMENT AND OTHER AUTHORITY…. ,WHERE YOU HAVE
NO CONNECTION WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD,WHAT SO EVER, YOU HAVE CONNECTION WITH
YOUR IPHONE AND YOUR CONTACTY LIST…MAYBE YOU HAVE CONNECTION WITH YOUR
OFFICE OR YOUR CAR OR YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT TO KILL TIME … AND MUCH
MORE….AND THE ONLY CONNECTION WE HAVE TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD IS TO KILL THE
ANIMALS AROUND US FOR OUR STOMACK…. BASICALLY OUR CONNECTION TO THE OUT
SIDE WORLD IS TO TAKE LIFES…. (YOU CALL IT HUNTING)…. LIFE IN THE CITY
IS BASED ON MONEY A FEAR OF LOOSING A JOB AT ANY TIME AND OFCOURSE THE
DELUSION OF SUCCESS …SUCCESS IN WHAT I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT, MAYBE
SUCCESS IN HAVING A BIG SHINY HOUSE AND A BIG FANCY CAR AND A GOOD JOB
THAT PAYS WELL SO WE CAN BUY WHA EVER WE WANT… .. I DO NOT KNOW IF THAT
IS WHAT YOU CALL SUCCESS,,,THE ONLY DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THE OLD SLAVARY AND
MODERN SALAVARY IS THAT, SALVES IN THE PAST USED TO WORK FOR FREE AND MAKE
LIFE EASY FOR RICH PEOPLE, AND NOW DAYS PEOPLE (SALEVS) AER STILL DOING THE
SAME EXCEPT WE ARE MORE INDEPANDANT ON OUR OWN… YOU CAN BUY A HOUSE YOU
CAN BUY A CAR OR MUCH MORE ….BUT NOT REALIZING WE ARE BEING SALVE TO OUR
OWN DEMANDS…. FOR THE REST OF OUR LIFE,,,,,(PAYING MORTGAGE OR
PAYMENTS….TO MAKE THE RICH…. MORE RICH, ) THINKING YOU ARE A FREE
HUMANBEEN,,,, AND THIS IS WHAT WE CALL LIVING…. BECKY THANK YOU FOR THIS
AMAIZNG VIDEO :)))) I LOVE HOW YOU DID THE FOUNDATION, 🙂 SMART….AND
STABLE
