Pending Loan, How can I get Status ?

Deal Score0

Is there a way to check the status of a pending mortgage loan online
with FHA? My woman is asking me and I don’t have an answer. Our Loan Officer is not in office today… go figure.

Need help, please!!! Here is the situation: If a man and woman leave together for a long time, not married, they acquire 2 properties and a vehicle, everything is registered to a woman, mortgages, loans, ownership, and so on. Later on they sign a deed that states their equal contribution and their equal ownership. The man can’t afford to contribute anymore and they want to separate due to their relationship falling apart. Woman is paying for everything. The man says that he will murder the woman before she gets anything of what they own together and that he has nothing to leave for. He physically threatens the woman, but don’t hurt her. He tortures her verbally to the point where it’s so unbearable it is impossible to handle. Woman is afraid to call police and take any actions. The man don’t want to leave her along. It happens to be my mother. What do I do???

The only way you can get your loan status is through your lender or your lenders office. Call ask for his supervisor or manager.

    Good Luck!

I THINK SHE NEEDS A SUPPORT GROUP TO KNOW THAT SHE IS NOT THE ONLY GOING THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE THAT …BECAUSE IT CAN BE VERY EMBARRASSING IF OTHERS KNOW ABOUT IT …..SHE MAY WANT TO CONSIDER A WOMEN’S SHELTER …A RESTRAINING ORDER ……..

    Please don’t ask this here.
This is a question that should be asked of a lawyer.

A domestic situation like this could have deadly consequences. You do realize that this person threatened murder, right?

If this were simply about property, I may have some advice…but this is about control and intimidation. It has nothing to do with property.

Please consult with a lawyer and get your mother out of that house.

    Best of luck to you

Have your mom record his threats, he will be charged with assault, and she will be able to get a restraining order against him easily.

Threatening to kill her is hurting her. She is a victim of domestic abuse. She needs to talk to a domestic violence hotline. Her life is at risk.
If you want to talk to someone who can actually help, instead of us fools on Yahoo Answers, here’s where you can call:

    1-800-799-SAFE (7233)
It’s confidential. 24 hours a day in the United States. If you are in another counrty, let me know and I will find out who you can call.

    Call right away-right now.

Verbal threats to kill her, and her being in fear, are common flags for domestic violence/ abuse… it is not limited to only persons being “hit”. He also is using suicide threats as form of control.
Mom needs both someone experienced in domestic abuse, and a lawyer to deal with the legal mess. And yes, it is a volatile situation, so not good for you to confront him. Mom may need to get a restraining order.

It depends Were the Houses/ Cars signed in your name as well as hers? If so you get file for a suit, but listen DON’T HIT HER, you can get into a lot of trouble for hurting an elderly person above the age of 60/YOU’RE LEGAL MOTHER! NEVER TOUCH HER (physically) If she physically harms you, then simply leave, at which you call the police ONLY IF IT’S THAT UNBEARABLE. Remember that she is you’re mother and therefore she can get past a suit that you file for knowing that she is your own mother. This is what i want you to do. Talk to your mother. Do not be afraid, Tell her what you will do if this isn’t stopped. And Tell her to simply Stop.
