L’histoire d’un mythe olfactif

A la base, la maison Azzaro était une maison de couture plutôt dédiée aux femmes. En effet, le directeur de la maison, Loris Azzaro, vouait une passion toute particulière à la gent féminine et se plaisait à magnifier les femmes en les habillant de ses plus belles créations. D’ailleurs, comme il le dit lui-même, si son équipe l’avait écouté Azzaro Homme n’aurait jamais vu le jour. Il décida cependant de lancer la création de cette fragrance. Il la décrivait comme étant un parfum « pour les hommes qui aiment les femmes qui aiment les hommes ». Aussi, il décida d’écouter son cœur et créa une essence totalement à contre-courant de la fragrenza. En effet, à ce moment là, la mode était plutôt aux eaux fraîches. Cependant, Loris Azzaro ne se reconnaissaient pas dans ces dernières. Il préférait davantage les essences de caractère correspondant bien plus à sa personnalité méditerranéenne. Le pari était risqué et pourtant, le succès fut immédiatement au rendez-vous. Très charismatique, ce parfum a su, en une trentaine d’années, s’imposer comme une essence masculine de référence. Toutefois, sa composition a du être quelque peu modifiée en 2000, par rapport au règlement européen relatif au musc. Rassurez-vous cependant, cela a été orchestré avec brio et n’a absolument rien dénaturé de sa senteur originelle.

Si Azzaro Homme a autant plu, c’est sans doute parce qu’il est bien plus qu’un parfum. Il est un véritable fantasme hormonal ! Il incarne l’homme dans tout ce qu’il a de plus raffiné et sexy.
