Lenders Bad Credit?

Deal Score0

Can anyone help me to watch, that lenders willing to lend to people with bad credit (just evil, no credit cards), and only a small down payment? I know they still exist, but need führt.Es is not a matter of not affording the house. We’re ready for $ 60,000, not more important. We have so much to pay each month, and have six years of faithful. Only the credit that we stop. Do you like our income and employment history, it’s just that we do not do credit cards, they tell us, we hurt. Ironically, stay out of debt that prevents us from this house! Ha! Fort Sil, it probably has something to do with us in Canada. They are increasingly heard here, and a lender that the borrower CA wants a credit rating of at least 620 have (I’m just below that). Because we have no credit, we do not fund our vehicles credit score is much less. However, other states require only worth about 580th Not good old CA!

RIGHT and then you will come back and say that the lender screwed you and you can’t afford to pay the mortgage. And then DEMAND that the government help you.

YOu can’t afford the house, you can’t buy the house.

    *****EDIT***********
The lender can use electric bills, rent payments, insurance payments to create a credit history.

Your only chance is an FHA lender in your area.

Sorry but is has nothing to do with CA. Almost all lenders have gone to a 620 score requirement for FHA loans regardless of what state you’re in.
