    Everything is possible!

There are finance companies (ex: Beneficial) that will probably loan you the money with a super high interest rate. Other than that because you are trying to repair your credit a large bank may approve you for an actual Debt consolidation loan. One of the stipulations will be that they will pay your debt directly, so that they know where the money is going.

If no luck, then the credit repair companies do help..for a fee!

Why don’t you want to go to a credit repair company? They’re not all scammers, and some of them are GREAT!!! My first wife and I went through Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Ventura County, California when we got in over our heads. They only charged us $ 10.00 a month and worked with all our creditors to get our monthly payments lowered. It took a little over two years, but once we were done we were debt free and our credit ratings went back up.

To answer your question: If you have poor credit and no collateral, your chances of getting a personal loan are about zero. You’re too much of a credit risk as far as the lending companies are concerned, so even if you can find a company to loan you the money the interest rate is going to be VERY high (probably close to 20% APR).
