Illegal immigrants have been getting home loans from banks in the USA for how long? And how many subprime?

Deal Score0

Any idea how many illegal immigrants have gotten subprime loans over the last 3 years that have foreclosed and added to the number of losses for mortgage companies, share holders, house builders/sellers, inspectors, etc!?
Why is it, that so called experts don’t want to address the question being asked instead want to defer to the procedures for loaning money to legal immigrants? There is a clear difference between legal and illegal, seems like you would not have to ask a person to clarify all the time. It’s just weak, people dont want to actually address illegal immigrants as illegal and instead want to pretend they don’t know what you are talking about.

If they are illegal, how in the world do they get loans of any kind. DUMB, huh? really makes no sense. Our own people can’t even do that. They keep causeing everthing in America to go higher and we have to pay for it in the long run.

An immigrant that has a :green card: can purchase real estate just lie a US citizen. If the person is a nonUS resident, they can still purchase real estate *under a foreign national program.

    Hope this helps

The answer is simple, corporations are better off charging 14% off of Illegal Immigrants or legal citizens in the short term. All the shareholders with that knowledge knew when to put their money in and when to take it out. The impact of Illegal Immigrants alone on mortgage companies is minimal to non-existent. How many out of the 10-+ million immigrants do you think are purchasing homes? And out of the ones that are buying, how many of them are being delinquent with their mortgage? The experts don’t want to address your issue because you don’t have one although you think you do. The reason you don’t know the facts is because these undocumented workers can’t speak for themselves on the media since they are too busy trying to stay under the radar. “Illegal is illegal! You might as well state that water is wet. The large majority of Americans don’t know what reality is for these immigrants. They don’t know that they would have done the exact same thing if they were in their shoes. The INS issues 2000 working visas for unskilled workers a year, the quota is met on the first day. Meanwhile there are 2000 immigrants trying to cross the border every day and they are still not supplying our work demand since the unemployment rate keeps decreasing. So after shelling out hundreds of dollars to apply for a visa, please use your imagination and try to picture a situation where this amount of money is all you don’t have and if you do you would need it for survival. So even if they applied, which in many cases they have, they practically have no chance of getting it whether they qualify for it or not. When you’re desperately in need for change and for food for your family it is not a matter of choice. Yes, water is wet but it can also turn into vapor or ice. Please know the facts before you make judgemental questions.
