When I was 16 I got pulled over becasue one of my head lights was out and I was driving past curfew. I got a written warning. They didn’t send it to my house or notify the insurance. It was in Pennsylvania.

The ticket is kept at the police station until the time a warrant is issued for your arrest if you don’t show. You fear they will send it to your home? Better tell your parents about it now before the____hits the fan.

Police doesn’t have anything to do with your Insurance.. its tickets (paying fine) that effect your record with the insurance.. nothing will change since you just got a warning.. you got real lucky..

Nope, they just hand you a slip of paper that looks like a real ticket, but it says warning and that’s the end of it. It does go on your record though so future cops that may pull over know that you have been warned once already. So slow down, cuz you will get a ticket next time!! Haha.

Thats petty, police hate paperwork you and i know it. They did not penalise you coz it would involve even more paperwork. You are safe – a warning is a warning.
