I am behind in my mortgage and have been trying to get help from CW before my default am I waisting my time?

Deal Score0

This is my first home and I am a single mother of two who knows very little about these loans. I put my trust in my agent now I am 5 days shy of the forecloser process. I have tried to seek assistance from CW but got no help, my second lein holder offered info but it does not ease the financial struggle CW has on me. Do I send them a payment or not? Will I lose my home anyway? I have also inquired with other agents but all I seem to here is SHORT SALE! SHORT SALE! SHORT SALE! Are they right? Will the lawsuit against CW help me? what will help me?

if CW isn’t helping you find someone that will
contact a lawyer and see what your options are for
a lawsuit.. i hope things work out for you
i heard on the news countrywide is in big trouble

A lawsuit against Countrywide will not stop the foreclosure. If you are that close to the foreclosure, only bankrupcty is going to slow this down, but you need to get on this NOW.

Even a short sale with have to be approved by your first and second lender.
