I am a partner in an LLC and I have no mortgage company to refinance my loan related. Ideas?

    Do you write everything off on your taxes? If so, you will have a hard time getting anyone to refinance your mortgage. Stated income isn’t around anymore.

    Pretty much what Lisa said. They can add some of the money back, like depreciation, but most of it they can’t count as income.

    Also, how long have you owned the LLC? If it’s less than a year, they aren’t going to count any of the income.
