How having two mortgages for residential properties include taxes, etc.?

Deal Score0

When my sister bought a house, but they do not get enough credit for a mortgage, I have down as co-plaintiff. Now, I plan to buy my own house, I was told that I can get a mortgage, but I’m not sure what he touches, if I have two mortgages on residential property, where any? T with this knowledge that I gave. Thank you!

If your sister is paying the mortgage that she has, then it has no effect on you at all tax-wise.
