How do you go about Mortgage Loan Shopping?
How do you go about Mortgage Loan Shopping to get not only the best rate but to ensure if things change at closing you can revert to a different banker immediately. Everytime I go through it a banker always changes something in the terms at closing HUD-1…as a seller, I never like the idea of allowing the buyer a bunch of extra time to get a new loan and close
In general terms….sometimes I am the buyer and sometimes I’m the seller Einstein.
As a seller never likes to give more time….As a buyer always wants more time. Got it?
