How do I get my mortgage payment in effect at the time of unemployment?

Deal Score0

I have a 30-year ARM Jumbo Conventional Countrywide Home Loan 5.25. My first 5 years until April this year. Countrywide sent me a letter from my monthly payment will increase ajal.Probleem $ 700 for this is that I’m unemployed. I can not afford another $ 700 because I just do it now. And all this for me, there’s no way I’m not eligible for re-fi tööpuudust.Kas anyone advice on what I can do? Any help or ideas are welcome! Thank you!

With out being or sounding cold, your best (perhaps only) option is to get a job.

Second option is to get a roomate to rent a room.

Third is to get some help from family.

Forth is to rent the house out if you can cover (or come close to covering) your note and rent a smaller place

I’ve had to do all of those at times. I wasn’t on unemployment but I did what I had to do to meet my obligation to my debts.

Ironically there is a good chance that the reason you are unemployed is because of the economy. And the reason the economy isn’t doing well is people have not been paying their debts.

how about getting a new job?

This is January. April is a long ways out, there is no reason in the world that you will not have a job by then, unless you are not looking for one.
