Short sale… Worries

    After a Short Sale is closed, should a new owner be worry of liens, claims or encumbrances on the property? Fidelity title (lender’s and homeowner’s) insurance*will be*purchased at the time of escrow closed. No liens and defects were found on the preliminary title search reports.* I am*buying a short sale that just got approved, but I am worry about liens & claims that may show up in the future.*Not sure if I am being overly worry…**
