Does anyone know how to get a mortgage without verifying employment? ?

I have money set aside and I do not want to work at that time. But, I would get a mortgage so I can buy a house. No company lend me money if I check on income. What should I do?

These days it’s near impossible. You could have 1 or 2 years ago but not now. Way too many people currently cannot pay their mortgages because of that. So far there are 5,000,000 foreclosures this year alone. It will get worse…much worse

You can put a very large down payment- how large depends on your credit record, but at least 30% maybe 50%.

Or get an owner financed loan (with a large down payment of at least 25% I bet).

With no income, you are NOT going to get a mortgage loan. Your only option would be to pay cash.

You will have to find something you can pay for with the cash you have set aside.

With no income and by that I mean verifiable income you are not going to get a loan since you cannot prove you have the means to pay for it

In the current economy you cannot get a mortgage without income verification, unless you want to deal with unscrupulous “lenders”.
