    I would recommend http://www.creditcounselorsofna.com/about_us.htm

they offer ways for you to reduce your debt. and will help you clean up your credit report which in time will raise your credit score. This process will take some time. The service is free and they are non-profit. Check them out.

This (1st link below) has some good info on how to repair your credit. Now, if you REALLY want to raise your score the 2nd link I posted has means to raise it LEGALLY. But I must caution you: IT IS NOT CHEAP

Credit Justice Services is the best!
But then – I am biased since I am Account Executive for them 🙂
    Good Luck!

Don’t waste ur time and money on credit repair companies when you actually can do it all urself. They can’t do anything for you that u cant do on ur own. Pay ur debts the best way you can and at the same time you can “piggyback” someone elses credit. A friend or relative that u trust can put you down on one of their credit accounts as an authorized user(you dont even have to have access to the card or account). By them keeping their credit in good standing, it helps ur credit score as well. If you belong to a credit union, you can ask them if they have a “credit builders loan” option. You get approved for a small loan, make payments on it (on time)and when the loan is payed off in full, you get the cash…..it’s like a secured loan, but will show on your credit report a regular installment account. Good luck 🙂

The only way to rectify a poor credit rating is to adopt sound credit practices for a period of time.
