Have current construction loan with american home mortgage who has now file chapter 11. the second loan is supposed to close to a conventional loan by oct 1st. I have called my lending officer and left messages but no calls back. what happens now
the lending officer was an employee of american home mortgage.

Could you please give me some advice on a refinance of my mortgage? Details...?
