Can you qualify for a mortgage loan before 7 years if you have a bankruptcy? Do you know where to apply?

    Yes if you have reestablished your credit and have the income to support the mortgage you have many options out there. You may have to do some explaining but many people have bought homes a lot sooner that 7 years after bankruptcy. Just about any bank or mortgage co. out there will have some type of product for you.     Your Bankruptcy has to have been discharged for a minimum of two years before you can qualify.

    To apply for a home loan, see a mortgage broker. The best place to start would be with a Realtor.

    Yes you can qualify after two years.
