    Hi,

You can have mortgage for mobile home too. If you opt for a personal loan, you can repay it for a period of up to 60 months. For more info on home mortgage you can visit http://www.fundsleader.info . Good luck!

You can get a mortgage on a mobile home. But it is not wise to mortgage a depretiating asset like that. If you do it, I would not go over 15 years. And I’d put as much as I could down.

Yes, you can get a mortgage. You may be able to get a 30 year loan, but I would advise against it unless you are getting a land-home combination. Mobile homes, unlike stick built homes, lose their value over time.(depreciation) Personally, I would look around and see if there are any stick built homes, that the owners really must sell. Sometimes you can find one for far below the actual value of the house. Even if it needs some repairs, it will end up being a bargain in the long run. Happy house hunting, with whatever you decide!

Sure. It is easier if the MH is on its own land, but you can get a mortgage for a MH in a park. I have heard of 30 year loans on MHs, but I can’t recommend that.
