    You’ll be fine with the VA loan…the terms are more lenient than a conventional loan.

    You should be able to, you might want to open some account somewhere and pay for about 6 months, even a cellular phone account to make it easier.

    You won’t get a bank mortgage. However there are sellers of homes out there that will finance you and sell you a house under a “land Contract agreement”
