Can a Mortgage Broker and Processor be the same person?

I am on my way to becoming a Mortgage Broker however I am only 21 years old and afraid i am too young for people to trust me brokering loans for them so i am going to become a processor as well. But I am wondering if there are any laws barring the Broker acting as the Processor for his own loans?
