I try to grow our business as attractive as possible for people to purchase (loan officers / mortgage brokers). What are good ways to win new people to our business training?

    Personal recognition, respect and allowing people to get the job done in their own style (acceptable) will work wonders. After a certain minimum it even works better than money.
