As a mortgage loan processor do I prepare the 1003 and 1008 or so loan officers work?

Deal Score0

My loan officer is hardly in the office and still is not call me introduce subscription files, but have not yet been completed in 1003. Is it ok if I prepare them. Or is the work of loan officers.

That’s the LO’s job, when I see 1003’s not completed, I just hand them back to them to fill out. I do fill them out once in a while though, if I’m in a good mood ; )

It seems to me that if your loan officer is always calling you to submit files to underwriting, then this loan officer is doing a great job in originating loans and creating the income that will pay your wages.

When taking a 1003 from a client, the client doesn’t always know all the information off the top of their head, or they are at work and don’t have a lot of time, or what have you. It’s not necessarily the “fault” of the l.o. that the 1003 is incomplete.

Be happy that this loan officer is generating revenue, and you should happily fill in the blanks as the processor.

THE LO IS BEING LAZY… ITS HIS JOB AND ITS WAY THEY MAKE SO MUCH… IF WE TAKE THE 1003 THE LO SHOULD SPLIT THE LOAN WITH US
