Anyone else unhappy with JD Byrider?
I purchased my Escort ZX-2 5/23/07, since then it has had motor mounts replaced, computer chip (acceleration) replaced (that is not isn’t covered on their 24/24 warranty). Now a pulley needs to be replaced and they want to charge me for it. I AM SO FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let alone going a week so far without transportation to work.
I am not a first time customer either. And the other car was known for valve cover gasket problems, other then that, it was fine. Hook and crook yah when you have no other way to get a car cause your credit still isn’t all the way cleaned up.
Is there anything else I can do besides bite the bullet, contact better business bureau, and corporate office? Oh and NEVER go to them again.
